Kelby Michael from Reborne Solar is a complete maniac! We offer lead generation services and other BPO services. This guy has ordered multiple times. He recently came back to order again and then he goes crazy. We send all leads via CRM and email. He has only requested 1 lead for a replacement. We nearly finished his order of 20 and then he demands a refund because "the leads are bad". We have a very clear 72-hour return policy and very fair...
So, we do roughly $2,500 worth of work for Reborne and once the job is done... requests a refund. Okay fair enough. So, we don't want to cause any issues over 2k. So, we start the process of the refund. Mind you we are an international company with 3 locations so if you can imagine things take a little while to process. 24 hours passed and he send messages and emails are completely unprofessional and quite rude. Read for yourself:
"I also know you do not want me DESTROYING YOUR ONLINE REPUTATION! That’s next!!!"
"And I know where you’re at, and I will come there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Went I sent the wire it took 1 F day! If you don’t get back to me I will come to you! And don’t think for one second that I won’t find you! If you think you’re going to get away with ripping me off, your sorely mistaken my friend! SEND ME MY F MONEY NOW!!!!!"
International wires take and refunds from a corp usually take 7-10 business days... Kelby just doesn’t get it. He will get his refund once it is processed and completed but I suggest you are weary if you ever do business with this guy. It is never worth nor is it needed to go off the hinges. If you purchase a product and you do not like it, return it. If you still don’t like the replacements, refund it. Amazon does refunds in 15-30 days. What makes you think after 24-48 hours of asking for a refund it is okay, in any way, to act that way; especially when the company said it is processing your refund!
Beware of people with low self-control before doing business with them! Reborne Solar is one that doesn't seem to get it...

Russell Meiselman of Clark Outsourcing and the Lead Tree is a complete fraud! I ordered leads from Russell and his company the lead tree, which has 5 rip off reports on ripoffreport.com, to only get 6 leads that were all not interested and said they were forced into the appointment by the telemarketer that called them. I paced one order with this company awhile back and they weren't the best then either, but I decided to give Russell and lead tree a second chance. To my surprise this time around he only sent me 6 leads out of the 25 that I ordered (which were all bad) and then ceased all communication when I wanted a refund. Too bad I wired my money to his branch in the Philippines and they never sent me anything back. Russell and his multiple companies will eventually get you. If not the first time around, it will be the second or third. He is not to be trusted. And then after he does all of this he writes a rip off report on the person he ripped off! WOW, is all I have to say.......Russell Meiselman! STAY AWAY FROM CLARK OUTSOURCING AND the LEAD TREE! Or anything that has to do with Russell Meiselman and his scheming tactics to steal you hard earned money. He says he fulfilled my order and gave me a refund. Both of which never happened and I have the proof. I will be prosecuting and suing Russell for wire fraud and deceptive business practices. Also grand theft...
