Complaint Review: Rebtel

Rebtel Ripping off people. No Customer Care to support. not sure Internet

Hi,

I was wondering what to do with these guys. Rebtel.com. All i know about these guys is this much. There is no single instance of customer care supported. They are harrasing customers  by not providing customer support. You cant find even single place where they talk about customer service. They just have one EMAIL to support customer service. 

If you are in a urgent need of something you dont have any solution but just to mail these guys, And they respond sometimes after a week or so or sometimes even not that. 

My wife was travelling from my home country and i had to talk to her to support her since it was the first time she was travelling and you know how scaring it would be if its especialy to travel too long from India to USA. 

All of a sudden due to some unknown reason my account was logged off both on mobile site and app on my phone. i had no way to reach out them. it took me hours to find out the customer service mail and i havent  got response till today and its allmost 4 days. Have your ever seen such a worst customer support?. All they do is charge money for that monthly. 

I had to end up paying for google voice support later. What's the point in using these kind of nasty services. And luckily my wife landed US without any trouble. 

I really hate these guys and i would be happy if some actions is taken on these guys. Imagine the pain if you were in a situation of deadlock and something happens like this and ultimaltely if you are using such nasty services you would end up frustating. 

 

Please all i request is to get rid of them and ofcourse i want my money back and i regret for paying all these months .
