Complaint Review: Rec Factory Warehouse

I got a nice pool package from Recrational Factory Warehouse 6 years ago from the Jacksonvilel florida Location. it came with a lifetime warranty we live no where near any ocean or salt air and last month there are large rust spots along the outside of our pool and we need to find someone to speka with to handle the warranty issue to get it replaced. this pool orginally cost over 5,000 and I was told the warranty would be covered by any store location yet no one will help at thsi time. if you have had this problem or have any numbers of someone who can help me please reply we need our pool for the Summer
