Rec Warehouse Leisure Bay Industries New liner and walls needed every two years. Raleigh, North Carolina
Purchased a 24' round above ground pool from Rec Warehouse in Raleigh, NC. After two years the wall deteriorated and made a hole in the liner. After much debate they agreed to replace the liner and walls. They were not going to pay for installation or water replacement. After many conversations they agreed to pay for installation but would not budge on water replacement. Here we are two years later and the wall has once again deteriorated the liner. Now we are totally out of luck since Rec Warehouse has gone out of business. We will try to go another avenue, but we would like help. If there is anyone else out there who had bad dealings with Rec Warehouse or Leisure Bay Industries we could use your input.
