A consumer class action lawsuit has been filed against Receiver Corporation for deceptively and falsely promising employment to applciants upon completion of a training program for which the company charged tuition.

Receiver advertised on the internet and other media for prospective employees by conditioning employment upon the competion of a training program in which the applicatns paid upwards of $ 450.00 in pre-hiring tuition.

The job hopefuls were told upon completion of the training and hiring, the tuition would be reimbursed. The training consisted of most basic online classics in computer programming and data processing.

The suit alleges that hte promise of a job was frudulently induced and a pretext for the company to collect revenues and that no jobs in fact existed.

The class action seeks the return of tuition, fees and cost paid by the applicants and, hourly compensation for the time spent by each student in pursuit of the employment.
