I paid the $39.95, which is supposed to be a lifetime membership to be able to do background checks. After paying the membership fee, I clicked the log-on link and it does not work. I even tried the "contact us" links, which do absolutely nothing at all. Not only are they stealing money, but those links could possibly be installing trojans on computers because when clicked, an orange box appears on the toolbar, and then diappears.
I plan on trying to contact the company that processed the payment. I doubt it will work, but it's worth a try. I sure hope there's no programs being installed that can extract personal information off of my system. Please DO NOT pay for this service or you are out $39.95, or possibly more. I hope I'm wrong about that last part! I'd rather take the loss of the $39.95.

I received my money back from this company. I emailed the company that processed the payment and advised them that the company that they are processing payments for are frauds and that they have been reported to the FTC several times. I nicely requested a refund of my money due to those facts. I had my refund applied back to my bank account with in 5 business days.
