Complaint Review: Records Removal Service / Sharicom

In May 2008 I paid $300 for their service. I have a misdeameanor about 16 years old that sometimes shows up as a felony when a background check is ran by potential employers. I paid Records Removal Service the $300 to have this removed or sealed but almost 7 months later I have no news as to the progress of my account. Communication is poor at best.

They sent me papers which I filled out and returned within a week and every email I send is either unanswered or it takes almost a month to get a response.
It took several months for them to let me know they received the papers I sent. Even after several emails with copies of scanned in pages, I would finally get a response saying the attachment did not come through. I would BCC to another email address I have and I got the attachement every time. It's now been a month since I got their reply saying they received the attachment, but 2 emails now have gone unanswered.

I keep asking them what is the next step and what I am to expect. They NEVER answer those questions.
In my opinion, they take your money and do nothing, hoping you will just go away.
