Complaint Review: Recordsarea.com/members

This is the biggest ripoff with no way of contacting anyone when you have a problem.

All it does is point you to free websites that you could have accessed on your own.

McAfee Site Advisor warned me on this, but I did not pay attention. Now I am $29.95 poorer and still did not find the genealogy information I was promised.

Website states that if they don't find anything on a search that that you will not be charged a credit -- guess I am about six credits in the hole as everything comes up zero and you still get charged.

Buyer beware!
