IS IT WRONG TO LIE ABOUT YOUR PAST?  ALBERT THINKS SO AND DOES IT OFTEN.

10-2015 From the Recovery in the Pines website- "ALBERTS STORY"  Raised in a loving and supportive family environment with little exposure to drugs and alcohol, Albert discovered his drug of choice, cocaine, in the early years of college. After college, Albert’s addiction grew stronger as he became a successful businessman, loving husband and father. Living this double life for the better part of 20 years, it became unmanageable and he was unable to keep both worlds apart. Entering treatment in 1997 and dabbling in sobriety until 2008, Albert finally became desperate enough for a real solution as he found his life and family in jeopardy. He found a sponsor and surrendered his life to Him so that he could start to repair and rebuild. With faith and His guidance, Albert acquired the tools necessary to remain sober, fight addiction, and rebuild his family. Albert’s journey through addiction and his God-centered life in recovery inspired him to share his experience, strength and hope by developing a Christian based substance abuse treatment program that has come to life at Recovery in the Pines. Albert is Founder and President at Recovery in the Pines. Previously, Albert was a successful businessman and entrepreneur, building successful real estate and mortgage brokerage businesses. Albert’s wife, Karen, is the staff nurse at Recovery in the Pines where she partners with doctors, patients, and their families to ensure continuity of care and to help in the development of a mindful and comprehensive treatment plan. Together Albert and Karen have three children – Anthony, Benjamin, and Audrey – with whom they enjoy spending time outdoors, participating in youth sports, and sharing the gifts they have received through His word.

During that 13 year period of time he worked at over 12++ real estate companies.  His license was terminated due to criminal allegations in 2009. (see below)

From RecoveryinthePines website in 2012 Albert attended the University of Arizona from 1985 to 1990 with a concentration in Psychology. After completing his education Albert began a career as a realtor in Tucson, AZ. Within a few short years he became a top producing agent in the Tucson area. During this same time he began originating mortgage loans. He was also a real estate developer and, after moving to Prescott, opened a residential and commercial real estate brokerage firm. During this same period he owned and operated a mortgage banking company.

FALSE CLAIM #2. Albert claims he began his real esate carreer in 1990? His records indicate that he didnt even enter into real estate until 1998.

FALSE CLAIM #3. Albert claims he was a successful real estate developer?  This claim is no longer listed on his updated boiography.

FALSE CLAIM #4. Albert claimed he opened a real estate successful real estate and mortgage company after he moved to Prescott. According to the Arizona Department of Realestate this is not true. http://services.azre.gov/publicdatabase/DetailIndividual.aspx?id=128295

According to his bio on his website he got sober in 2008. This is his criminal and background history as part of the public records.

DETAILS - In March of 2009, he took more than $4,000.00, but less than $25,000.00, in cash that was entrusted to him.  He wrote a hot check to Pinnacle Realty Association of Prescott, LLC for $5,000.00.  Then in April to May of 2009, he did it again with another $5,000.00, to the same entities.
