On june6, 2004 i purchased an above ground swimming pool from the REC center in ORLANDO.I was shown the pool and was told it would be marked sold.on 6/8/04 I went to pickup the pool and was told that it was not in the store and that the salesman would be off for the next two days. (I had taken the day off)

On friday june 11 2004 I called the store and spoke with the salesman (Rodney Vite). At that time I was told that the pool was indeed in the store and that I can pick it up. Again i took time off from work and went to the store. the pool and the salesman were no where to be found.

I waited for at least 1 1/2 hour while they looked for the pool. finnaly i was told by the "ACTING MANAGER" that the pool was in the store minus the metal enclosure. I had the choice of returning the following day for the entire pool and go personnaly to their distribution center to pick up the missing part. I chose to return next day.

The "ACTING MANAGER" was of the opinion that he was there to fix the problem (which he did not) and what had happened was history and none of his concern.

I wasted two days off from work. I also had to pay two workers for the time they had to wait around to install the "ghost pool". The "ACTING MANAGER" when asked to maybe compensate me for my time and lost money with a couple of chairs said not but that he would give a discount. What a big heart!!!!!.He should be assigned to the customer no service department.

I'am headed to the store now, hopefully this time they will have found the ghost pool.
