Complaint Review: Recreational Factory Warehouse

We purchased a 24' pool package at recreational factory Warehouse in 2000 we installed it our selves. There was a hole in the seam of the pool liner so it had to be replaced , the first time putting it in wasn't bad enough we had to do a second time.

The summer of last year went ok but when it was time to close the pool I have to admit I did not do it right,and the pump busted. Well since then I have been getting the run around about parts, we had called three times in one day to make sure the parts we needed were there each time we were told that they were. We drove an hour in Atlanta GA traffic.

Upon arriving at the business we were then told they did not have the parts, but it was on order to reach them in two (DAYS), he took our name and told us he would call us,also told us to call the 1-800 number on the parts book. We did but was told that we had to go through the Recreational Factory Warehouse.2 wks later we have no part but was told again that the part was there .

We have filled the pool 3 times hoping they were telling the truth about the parts being there. If you are going to sell someone something tell them up front the parts are hard to come by so they can purchase the one you can get parts to. Still Waiting, Buying another pump from a local dealer that has parts in store.
