I went to buy a Spa from recreational factory warehouse where i was greeted by Joe Bowden(salesperson), after discussing with him my options we agree on a spa, I gave a deposit on the Spa and agreed to return 2 days later to pay it in full, which I did, at this point he gave me a brochure on the spa which said it had a 2 Hp pump, but the sign on the store said 1 Hp I inquired about the discrepancy and he said the brochure was correct it was 2 Hp, well guess what the Spa has a 1 Hp pump.

The day the Spa was to be delivered (which I took off work), the installers came and said that the spa would not go through my door (they have a small non very visible sign that says @ time of installation any disassembly, removal or otherwise extra work would add 100.00$ to my installation bill) so trying to save that I proceeded to remove my fence and my screen inclosure without checking their measurements, turns out the Spa did fit through the door and no extra work was necessary, they install the spa in place and left before it was completely full, well the spa never worked, on top of that they brough me the spa cover which was rip on one side they said that one was a loaner because they did not have any at the store, I think they just wanted to see if I noticed or not.

It has been 2 weeks now and the Spa still hasn't work properly after 2 new control boxes and 3 more days off work, today they are coming to install a third control box and of course I have not seen my new spa cover yet.

They do not have another spa like that one to replace the whole thing, and getting a refund from them takes they say 14 days. Thus the managers at that store have been helpful, specially Ivan (assistant manager), the receptionist has been rude a couple of times. and 2 weeks later, a fence repair, a screen enclosure repair and 3 days off work at 206.00$ a pop I am still to enjoy my Spa and Spa cover that I paid cash for (2600.00 $).

Well, they came to install the third control box, guess, it didn't work either, it worked when the repair tech was here and then it didn't worked again I called the store manager and he said to wait 30 minutes and see if it worked and to call him if it didn't so 30 minutes later he was getting another call from us . At that point we requested a refund and he offer to upgrade the Spa to the next model up, which we accepted. He said they will call me Saturday to give me a time of delivery, by 10:30 am nobody had call me so I gave Charlie a call, he said he was going to check for me and will call me back, the next call i got was from a distribution center, they stated that they had me on the schedule to call me next Monday to set a time and a date.
After I started screaming my lungs off then they set it up for Sunday and gave me a call to give me a time.
Sunday they showed up right on time and brought the new Spa and took the other one away; thus they just left it there, did not install it ot test it, when I filled it up with water it cranked right up and it seems to be working just fine, so unless anything goes wrong in the next few days I consider that my situation has been solved to our satisfaction.
