Recreational Factory Warehouse ripoff deception liars leave town w consumers in the lurch Houston Texas
I bought a pool from them at the end of 1998 it took 2 months and countless no shows to get it installed. Afterward it seems from other peoples observation incorrectly. We have gone thru 4 pumps the last two we were told we had to pay for even though the pumps were less that 6 months old. And they would give us a "deal". Then in August we noticed a small rust hole on the wall but it did not affect the liner.
We were told to take pictures and they said it was to be replaced and we were responsible for 30% for $191.30. This all per Jay Haynes and Bob Hicks. When they said they were closing I called and they said not to worry I would get the wall and would not get charged a shipping cost. That there was a letter being sent to me (and other consumers of the local phone number for warrenty). Never got it.
Now as of last night the liner and the bottom seam came apart. (YES, we came home to water flowing everywhere!) Now there are no contact numbers in the state of Texas or for Florida. If this is not resolved in the week, I will go to a consumer reporter for one of the TV stations, the attorney generals office and also file a claim in court!

Recreational Factory Warehouse did close thier locations in Houston. However, they continue to operate a service center there. Lisa just needs to call the 800-634-3877 # that was provided to all Houston customers, to obtain service.
Recreational Factory Warehouse stands behind the full manufacturers warranty of all the products it sells. This company has never left any customer in a "lurch"
