Complaint Review: Recreational Factory Warehouse

I purchased a pool table and some billiards accessories from these idiots. The pool table was a "scratch and dent" purchase because someone had received the wrong table and the returned one was on the showroom floor.

I thought I was getting a great deal, especially after I got the price reduced even more due to a scratch on the table. When the table was delivered, the delivery people put it in the bed of a pick-up truck and did nothing to protect it. It arrived with some major scratches!

After several phone calls they sent someone out who removed the table legs to buff the scratches out and promised to bring some "very expensive" touch-up pens to fix the rest. He did bring the legs back but never brought any touch-up pens.

I also ordered a lamp to go over the table. After three months of waiting and being promised that it was on order, I cancelled it and requested a refund in January, 2002. Now, in April, after three phone calls I have no credit and no lamp and am fighting to get my $320 back! These people are buffoons! Don't ever purchase anything from them!
