Complaint Review: RECREATIONAL FACTORY WAREHOUSE

I purchased an above ground pool around july,2001. Seven months later i have a seam rip. while the liner is covered under the warranty, they say i have to pay $275 to have the liner reinstalled. That will bring my installation fees to over $870.00. While i think it's a good thing that i get a new liner for nothing; i'm feeling a little RIPPED!!. come on now, enough is enough. The store i purchased the pool from is Recreational Factory Warehouse in Knoxville, Tn.
