Recreational Factory Warehouse WPB Service after the sale is terrible. WPB Florida
Service after the sale is a joke. You buy a pool, spend 3500.00 or so, pay another 600.00 to have one of their so called associates put the pool in, and then enjoy the pool for about a year if you are lucky. The 3 year parts warranty does not cover the price they want to charge you for sending someone all the way up from Ft Lauderdale to come 60 miles north to fix your pool. So you take in one of the defective parts and drive all the back home to have even more problems arise.
When you call RFW back they again tell you to bring in the defective part, only the defective part weighs about 500 pounds with sand and black water. You tell them this and they agree to send someone out for free for the first time. Well when that someone calls you back and you tell them that RFW said it would be free for you.. they never show up for the scheduled appt. or call you back. After several attempts to get this problem resolved I am still left with a 4000.00 pond in my backyard.
Thanks for nothing RFW

Cricit it sounds to me like you are just to dumb to own a pool. I have had a pool from REC whse. now for three years and love it. If something breaks then it only makes sense for you to have to take back to where you bought it. If your Sony Playstation broke would Wal-Mart come to your house to fix it?I don't think so. Next time be a little more reasonable instead of stupid.
