Home show atendees and shoppers beware of getting ripped-off. Reckreational warehouse is out there. They are are bad news. The patio furniture is garbage, not as ordered. Keith Londos ripped me off with the help of his employees. Keith Londos, the owner, told me (when he finally was available) his salesman, Erik Basye screwed-up and sold the farm. He said he had to rip me off to make money. He even tried to tell me he has never lost a customer. Total Bull-Sh*t. After checking court records, I have decided to file this report. It is only one of many "never lost a customer" actions against Recreational Warehouse. I have never seen such dishonest and uncustomer orientated people before. Keith Londos (make your own description of him) has been sued time and time again. Keith Londos has no interest in correcting the problems or a refund. The people who ripped me off: Keith Londos, Erik Bayse, Tina (or is it Gina) Montegomery (seems she spells her name differently, when there is certified mail.) and David Stone. There are more. Stay away from these crooks.
