Complaint Review: Recruitemy

$10,000 for a BS online coaching program.   Russ Liebowitz advertises on YouTube saying he will teach you how to get clients in recruiting.  His methods do not work do not work for anyone in the program,  I don’t believe any of his “success” stories are real and his program is all smoke and mirrors.  

I joined Recruitemy based on Russ Liebowitz's YouTube videos, expecting a sophisticated strategy. The program costs $10,000, and you're required to use his LinkedIn cold messaging software and CRM for an additional $300 per month, which is significantly overpriced compared to the $69 tool I previously used. My goals were clear: to get expert guidance on best practices and access a proven process.

Unfortunately, the reality was very different. The method revolves around sending automated cold emails followed by personalized recorded videos. When I asked for detailed advice, the responses were vague and unhelpful, often limited to "sure, maybe, try it." The program lacks depth and actionable content, making it feel like a superficial approach rather than a comprehensive strategy.

It also became apparent that many other members were not seeing the expected results either. When concerns were raised, there was an atmosphere of discouragement and even threats for speaking up.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise potential clients to carefully evaluate whether this program truly offers the value and support it promises.

The initial praise written by me was on my first day of joining their program. I’m pretty sure this marketing bro has not been a recruiter for long if at all. Don’t be fooled. Buyer BEWARE.
