I got a phone call about my resume on line and that Recruiting and Staffing Careers wanted to interview me over the phone.  I would get an email with available times shortly.  I got the email and replied, set up the time and date and went on line for the interview the next day.  As I was waiting, I realized over 450 people were on the same interview looking for the same job.

Recruiting and Staffing Careers said  they were looking for 40-50 agents nationally to become Job Placement Agents.  The job description was included and that anyone who was good over the phone, could make a lot of money with this position and make between $65,000 and $88,000 a year.  Many agents make much more over $100,000 a year.

They have full training and help every agent become successful.   The cost of this management course is $297 and $20 for shipping or $317.00 total and they were only taking the first 40-50 agents to sign up.  Then they started to say repeatedly  there was a 180 day return for a full refund and order your management course before the positions ran out.   I signed up for the service and charged my credit card the $317.00, my name was announced on line and the number of agents they were accepting dropped one number.

The package arrived quickly and the first instruction was to sign and  send in the second page which I did.   This statement says I will work with the company 180 days and can get a full refund if I am not satisfied with the money I am making.

The next day I got invited to come back for another interview.  I went on line and found out they were selling 50 positions at each interview, or 250 a week, 1,000 agents a month, or 12,000 new agents a year, every year.  They supply labor for 80 companies and 30 consultants.  The 1,000's of  agents fight for placements.  This was not explained on the interview or website.  This is a scam to sell these $317 management course shipments.

I called the 772-360-4610 phone number in Boca Raton, Florida on my credit card statement and got a voice mail for Cheryl.  She did call me back saying all packages would be returned to the address on the package in Boca Raton.

I sent the package back, notified RCA the package arrived and asked for a refund explaining the on line interview did not say anything about hiring 1,000 people a month.

They say the paperwork is very clear that they do not refund before 180 days, knowing credit card companies stop helping disputed charges after 60 days.   I am at their mercy, and they say I have to be commited to their work program for 180 days to get any refund.  I have to send in paperwork and reports to prove I was indeed working their program for a 180 days before I will qualify for a refund.  This company is a scam and they are taking advanatage of all the people out of work selling 12,000+ programs for $3,804,000 a year minimum.  This is what they are doing, selling these management programs and then making it difficult or impossible to get any refund at all.

There should be a class action lawsuit agaist them or the Federal Government should come in and close them down immediately.

I got the same phone call and sat through the first hour. What comedy! Fast talking, signing up 1099 employees they know nothing about in a 1 hour spiel? Oh my; thank goodness I had just met a company called SMS. How can people just whip out the credit card and give it out on a hope. Apparently they hire 250 people every week for $317 which there is really no way to get refunded.
My online chat was finally answered," no we are not exclusive agents for employers. After getting everyone signed up, the leader noticed the email address to contact them needed to be updated.
Correct, it did not go through. Scam!
