I ordered recyclebiz.com manual, but all the information is outdated. The web links do not take you anywhere. When I contacted Scott Andrews for refund, he said I could send it back for refund, which I did. And I have a proof for sending it from the USPS. I never heard of him again. I lost $97.00. I did not want other people to go thru the same Rip Off.
