They are scum. Doug (the company owner)owns all or some of the homes he rents and has devised the lease himself..which contains numerous shady clauses and undetermined hidden costs for the stupidest little things.(.that can cost the tenants a lot of money.)which .. are never told to potential tenants when the agents are trying to nab the commission.They don't give you any sample lease to view until they get the earnest deposit..once they get that..they ghost you.After much calling and emailing..they send the lease..at which point is too late to back out. So when asked to return the earnest money...they very rudely tell you..no..you sign the lease or lose the money.  This is why this particular property I was interested in is constantly up for rent.   They know the lease is shady and wrong .which is why they NEVER DISCLOSE THE FORMENTIONED CLAUSES.or give you a copy to look at until you send them the earnest money.This is how Doug makes for his other business..which is buying foreclosed homes and flipping them for rent .EARNEST MONEY RIPPED OFF OF unsuspecting renters who don't see it coming.
