I got involved with Red Bull Vending Business in March 2006 after searching for a franchise business for about a month. I stumbled upon this so called business opportunity after visiting franchise.com. I submitted my information and soon enough a representative named Sharron called me. We talked on the phone and then I got the business packet from Creative Concepts of America with all the numbers and such. The message that was sent across is that the machines are going to be placed in prime locations with high foot traffic. Creative Concepts of America (CCA) estimated that each machine will sell 20 drinks each day, which sounded reasonable for a prime location. In April I got my machines and I started to work with a placement company. I was supposed to get 3 machines placed and the locations that I got sounded nothing like a prime location. When I contacted these locations I found out that the locator did not even contact these business owners. Instead he just wrote 3 addresses on 3 separate contracts, forged 3 signatures and collected cash. That's when I started to suspect a problem. I could not resolve an issue with the placement company, so I filled a police report and a civil suit in a local court. We settled the case before the court and I got all my placement fees back in return for a statement that I will not talk about the incident. Therefore, I cannot disclose the company's name, but they are out of Columbus OH, which is where I am also from. I had to hire another company and they actually found me the locations. Those locations were even creepier than the fake locations given to me by the other placement company.

About a month later I realized that it was a complete scam and I sold my machines with product for $6000. I initially paid $20000 to start the business. I lost $13000 because of this venture and I want to be reimbursed for these moneys from RBNA. The company should have never allowed affiliating themselves with CCA in the first place. I have all the paperwork to prove my $13000 loss.
