Complaint Review: Red Bush Tea Compny

I wish I had read the rip-off report before I ordered from this company. I placed my order weeks ago and it's the same scenario as the previous post. It has not arrived. I emailed them asking what type of shipping method they use...no reply. I have called them and the phone just keeps ringing. Though my purchase was less than $20, I'm still angry. What a pain in the neck! Even if my order arrives today I will never order from this company again! They don't even acknowledge their customers' inquiries let alone give us customer service to solve the problem.
