Initial reservation for 2 rooms was made through BOOKING.COM,for arrival on the 14 of May, but had the need to, first, move arrival date for the 18th, and on the 16th had to cancel.

The change of date for the arrival and cancellation was done via e-mail directly to the hotel.

When I called them to ask for the refund of the deposit, "Tony" told me that it had to be done through the web site and has refused refunding the deposit alleging that I did not cancelled on time.

I work in the hotel industry and this is a RIP-OFF. All these people is interested is getting your money without having to work for it.
