Red Hot Poms Cynthia Stickler Unreputable Breeder selling poms with serious health and reproductive issues ans will not stand behind her dogs! Roseburg, Oregon
I purchased a female pomeranian for 1800.00 from Cynthia & greg Stickler at Red Hot Poms. This poor girl has luxating patellas, a hernia, a descending t******e and is a hermaphrodite according to my vet. I now have to pay for testing so that I can file a lawsuit against this woman. I have called her and she lied to me about sending her AKC papers also told me all the things I was seeing was normal. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and emailed other long time pomeranian breeders and asked questions as well as sent pictures of what was going on with my dog and they have never heard of such. Cynthia (the breeder at Red Hot Poms) says she shes these things all the time so she is aparently knowingly repeating breedings with these serious health issues and selling them. I will have to fly to Oregon as soon as the testing is completed and all the paperwork in order to file a suit agianst this breeder.
We as consumers should not have to deal with these issues. Breeders like Cynthia are counting on the fact that most people who get scammed do not proceed with litigation due to the expense and time involved therefore they repeatedly get away with doing such things. I for one will go the distance to get justice! If you would like more information and pictures as well as proof of my complaint I will be more than willing to provide such.

Just to update consumers Cynthia Stickler from Red Hot Poms states that once a puppy is picked up from the airport she is no longer responsible. I informed her that I purchased a female pup with Full AKC. Expecting to get a healthy puppy and I feel like any judge that will see the genetic defects in this pup would agree I did not get what I paid for and her comment was..."What you presumed you purchased is not what was advertised or sold."Hmmm... The ad read..."Peaches is ALL that in a Perfect little package......Peaches is available for either show or a small breeding program. She would make a great contribution towards fantastic....poms..." This was posted on ebay classifieds.
