I ordered a .22 Long Rifle AR 15 Upper from Red Jacket Firearms on 08/16/2012. I have not received it. I have contacted the Company several time by email and received no response. I have called on the phone several times and was told my conserns would be passed on to the person that handled these issues. Again I received no response.
