Hired Red Lion moving and storage to do our move from CT. to SC. Agreed on a quote of $2700.00 after many conversations with Olivia Miller. Told Olivia honesty was important as well as a prompt delivery, as there was two handicapped people in our party. They were so confident they would make the deadline, they said if they were late they would give us back $4000.00 plus an additional $500.00.

Pick up was on time, but after loading all of our things onto the truck, the guy Zach came in and told us our bill was not going to be $2700.00 IT WAS MORE LIKE $6000.00 AND we needed to give an additional deposit of $2500.00 to the first deposit of $1500.00 AND it needed to be cash! So we gave them the money, was promised delivery on or before 4-3-12, and still no delivery.

Was also told they do not share the truck with other loads. My things would be the only things on this truck. Well the reason my things are late is because they loaded two other peoples things on the same truck, drove clear past my state to deliver in Georgia. Now the dispatcher says they will deliver tonight at 9pm. But I have to pay my balance of 1700.00 and tomorrow we will discuss how much money they will credit back to me. Does not sound right to me!!

Soo to make a long story short, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! I have contacted consumer protection, as well as my attorney general, and my local police department. If I can think of anyone else I will contact them also!
