Bought someting August 11, 2018. Was emailed and asked when I needed it by, I said 2-3 weeks, the confirmed that would be perfect. Never heard back, emailed 3 weeks later, they said oh we emailed you and you never repsonded...which is a lie, I checked my regular folder and spam and NOTHING from her.

I responded that I needed it before a certain date, she apologized and would send it out. I emailed again September 21, 2018 and said if I did not have it by Monday then I would report her and have the charges from paypal reversed. She apologized and said it would be overnighted and there on Monday September 24, 2018.

I emailed again and asked for the tracking number. She said it was too expensive to ship, $60 which is a lie, but would be here by Wednesday. I asked for the tracking number and why she did not let me know it would not be here and she said she runs a very busy business all on her own and does not have time to reach out to every customer.

This was ridiculous, I said I needed the tracking number ASAP and she said she would send it when she was back at home. Still have not received tracking number so I reported her to paypal and will have the charges reveresed. This apparently is a pattern for her. This was supposed to be something special for my newborn son and she ruined it. She is rude, decietful and a terrible business owner. DO NOT BUY FROM HER.
