Placed an order on redlillipopboutique.com on 1/26/18 that was needed before 3/17/18. Website stated 2 to 3 week turnaround time. After I hadn’t seen any updates or had any contact from seller, I reached out to her on 2/24/18. Rebecca promised me on two separate occasions that my item would be delivered before St. Patrick’s Day. I reached out to her again when I still hadn’t gotten a tracking number and she told me she was catching up with emails and would provide it to me. At that point, if the item weren’t in the mail yet, it wasn’t getting here in time. She never provided it to me. I finally got an email from her tonight, 3/16/18, apologizing for not getting my item completed. Just two days ago, she told me she had a tracking number and the item hadn’t even been made yet. Had she told me a month ago that she couldn’t make this item and get it to me 6 weeks after I had ordered it, I could have at least gotten something else. Instead, something I had planned for months was ruined. She is a crook and a con artist, lying and making excuses along the way. Buyer beware. After I had not received my tracking number, I searched high and low for reviews. I found countless reviews where people had experienced the same thing. I wish I had seen those reviews before purchasing from her. So because of that, I will make it my mission to spread the word not to buy from her.
