When things wet bad as far as jobs were concerned I had called Red Mountain Funding and tried to work something out with them. But they kept saying pretty much we are coming to get the truck, and they harrassed me all of the time. Then harrassed my significant other all of the time. They harrassed her more than me. Anyway, I have had the truck or almost a year, the amount was never going down at anytime. My payments were $198 every two weeks. I paid and paid and paid. The price was never going down. Well I had called them up and got their address and drove the car back to them. Well after that the put it on my credit record that i have two vehicles through them, and they are different amounts. I only had one car from them. Now till now January 15th, it's on my credit as two separate accounts. I returned the car in June of 2009 and now they are sueing me for the truck. Now I have found out that they resold the car. I know this because the dealer that i just went through had the truck. Anyway, they resold it, the guy did not even make a first payment on the car and it got repossed ,which is after i gave the truck back to them. They are trying to get money out of me and also probably the money out of the other guy as well. I go to court on the 19 of january in a couple days. Usa auto dealing with them was not bad but not the greatest. They needed to fix some things on it and they called me and said the truck was ready. And so i drive all of the way down there from phoenix close to glendale. And when i drove off of the lot there was no gas cap on it, it was there when i dropped the car off at the lot. And it was over heating, i drove just to the qt's right across the street. It was over heating this is sad. So anyway, they still didn't fix some things on the car. So i do agree that they reposses cars so they can resale them to get more money. If anyone has any suggestions or anything about how i can deal with them in court please let me know. The 19th is just for mediation, but i dont want them to win. No way, no how..... Let me know if you have any comments or anything like that. Contact me through this sight. Thank you

I paid these people, one suggestion for you

I had these people for a 1995 Honda and I paid the SOB(s) off. I have a suggestion for you. If a creditor is suing you, threaten them to drop the suit as it is not worth their time as you will file Bankruptcy. I will tell you, they will hate that word. In this case, bankruptcy may be a good idea. Once the petition is filed, the lawsuit is toast, it must be thrown out. The court issues an automatic stay that stops creditors in their tracks. If you file BK, get the papers from the court and shove it in their d**n faces, and then laugh they are screwed since they will be forbidden going any further.
