I switched from my previous carrier because they were phasing out the prepaid sim card option. Red Pocket seemed to have a good deal in that you could get 1000 minutes for $100, that do not expire for one year. At first, everything was fine with my 3 4g phoes I brought to thier network. In January 2017, all three phoes stopped working after a network change, despite the fact that 4g phines should be fine. I had already invested $300 dollars in prepaid minutes. At this point. I had three non-working phones, and I spent over 8 hrs and 3 weeks trying to resolve the problem. They were unsuccessful, and so I asked for a refund.

Thye said a refund was not possible. I filed a complaint with paypal (my payer) and forced them to refund my money, and I got most of the money back, but most importnatly was the lost use of the cell phone which I use spairingly for important family connections. The final straw was when I wanted to switch my numbers which we had for many years to the new carrier. As a parting 'present' to me from them was that they deactivated the numbers so I could not transfer them to the new carrier. Frankly, I would avoid these people like the plague, and I hope this review will educate someone before they make the same mistake I did.
