Dealing with them for 2 months. My front strut was leaking. It is a 2 year old Cadillac escalade. They would NOT cover this at 39,000 miles. Terrible. Now my cue screen has been frozen for a month. They put me on hold for days. Now they said I have to drop off my car at the service station and in 1-2 days they will send someone there and IF it is covered they will pay for it and reimburse for a rental.

Why would I leave my car somewhere for 2 days and then hope it is all reimbursed? I pay for a warranty and should not hope that it will be paid....so horrible service, no callbacks so cancelling today!
