Redbox.com Charged me twice! Once while I was on the phone with them. Nationwide

 I was checking my bank account one evening and notice a charge from redbox. Now I have never even used redbox before so I was very surprised to find this charge. I tried calling them to somehow try to get a refund. They told that I didn't have an account with them but again while I was on the phone with them, I received yet another charge to my bank account. This 2nd charge she ended up finding, but not the 1st. She refused to give me a refund. I had to call my bank and report the fraud on my account and cancel my debit card and get a new one. Don't ever try them, they are bad news.
