About a month or so ago, I rented 3 DVD's. One for my children and two for myself. I knew I wouldn't watch both the same night, but figured I would get charged for a extra day or two. Well things got away from me and I ended up keeping the DVDs for about a week. I then returned them. I figured I'd get charged about $21 plus tax.

So, you can imagine my surprise when I checked my debit card transactions and noticed a charge for $75.26!!! They charged me for 29 days, when I had the DVDs for maybe 7 days. I've contacted them several times and all they do is say they will investigate it.

They still haven't done anything to fix their mistake. I will never, ever use their service again. It seems like a good deal...a DVD for $1, but clearly they're ripping people off to make up for it. So, now I have to go through my bank to seek resolution which can take up to 60 days...ugh!

Anyway, be careful before using your credit/debit card at these little machines. Their customer service is nonexistent and it's not a deal if you end up getting ripped off like I did.
