Complaint Review: Redbox DVD Rentals

Redbox DVD Rentals Ripped me off. I returned my movies the next day, but was charged for keeping the movies. I had this happen at two different redbox machine locations. Carrollton, Texas

I want to file this report against Redbox DVD Rentals because they have charged me for keeping movies for more than one day when I actually returned the movies on time. This has happened at two Redbox machines. I thought it was a mistake the first time, but could not get through to a customer service representative to get a refund.


I have seen that others are filing complaints for similar reasons. This company falsely advertises movies for a discount and scams the public out of their money. I'd rather pay $4.32 at Blockbuster for a movie than be scammed out of $30-60 for movies that were not returned late.
