Me and my husband rented a RedBox Movie on Novemeber 25, 2017. We rented a Blu-ray which cost $2.12. We took it back the next day, so it should've only cost us $2.12. We have been charged twice for the movie though. One charge coming in as from "RedBox Oak Brook" and one from "Redbox DVD rental 866-733-2693 IL" one charged to the account on the 25th (when we rented) and one on the 27th, two days after. I'm not to thrilled to see two charges on my account and fear that there will be more. There should not be more than one charge and even though it may seem like a small amount, who knows how many more charges they'll make!

We returned the movie before 730pm the next day. We didn't get a receipt for either charge. Plus, if they charge you for 2 days it's usually on the same charge. Not two separte charges.

What exact time was it returned?

Regardless of the time you rent it the day before you must return it by 9PM(based on machine location) or you will be charged another day.

You also should have received receipts to your email that would tell you the details of the charge.
