I saw an advertisement for Treo 750, Treo 650 phones unlocked on Redd's Attic. When I checked their prices, they were unbelievably low and I checked all the fine prints but nothing seemed suspicious.

Based on the understanding that the phones could be re-furbished, I placed the order for two phones. Redd's Attic immediately charged my credit card including the 7% sales tax and $12 shipping charges (standard shipping 2-8 days. Order no. 2505 dated 10/22/2007.

After placing the order, I got suspicious and emailed them about the status of the order. I recieved an email from Diane Thomas from Sales Support, Redd's Attic, stating that I was not getting a phone, I only ordered for the information on how to get a phone and that has already been sent (I never recieved any information either). Nothing else will be sent. It was meant to be downloaded throught a link which they never sent. If it was only a link, why would they charge sales tax and shipping charges on the order. I demanded my money back but they never responded to my emails. Order total was $33.38 charged on my Visa card.
