fist of all I am a pregnant woman and I was going to my car to get all my things and it was gone. I went to the apartment office and they had no idea at all that my car was towed off of their private property! the lady at the office told me to call and file a police report and bring the report to the office tomorrow. so I call the police and they tell me that my car has been towed! so I go back into the office and she doesn't know the phone number or address of the towing place! she tells me to look it up. she sent me the pictures of my car and told me herself that it was a pity tow and I should fight it. of course I had the wrong address and when I finally got a hold of the towing place he told me that if I wasn't there in two minutes I can't get my car and he was leaving. I tried to beg him to stay a little longer but all he did was yell then he hung up in our face. a couple minutes later he called our phone back and said he was leaving. so now I will be missing a doctors appointment in the morning and possibly work. he told us our car was towed at 2:00 am but when I looked at the pictures again they are time stamped at four in the morning! lies, lies, and lies. I did alot of research on this towing company and nothing but bad things came up. they said I would have to pay $200 to get my car cash only. this is ridiculous!!!

this is what happened. I had to go back to the office three times before they could tell me my car was towed and show me pictures! if your gonna be negative I don't need you I'm put thank you. I have no need to lie about anything that has happened. and the lady in the office showed us the pictures and said herself that they towed my car out of pity like they didn't have anything to do and told us that we should fight it. the whole story is right there if you don't believe it then move the f*** along. thank you

Perhaps I am missing something but what exactly is a "Pity Tow"? I'm also trying to see what you being pregnant or them towing it at 2AM or 4AM has to do with anything? But perhaps a bigger mystery is why did no one know who had your car? After all you called the police and they didn't tell you who had it even though they knew it was towed? So I guess the tow yard gave them an anonymous report..right?
Then even though the lady in the office didn't know the name or address of the towing company she was able to provide you pictures of your car. But this was right after she said she had no idea it was towed and told you to call the police. Again I guess it was the "tow fairy" who just leaves pictures anonymously..right? So what is the FULL story here?
