They send us a defect phone, a very expensive Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, USD 744,98

 

The phone shutted down every 30 seconds. They say, that i didnt reset the phone properly. I think, this is just an excuse for these (((REDACTED))) people not to regret, that they sold a defect phone. can be a cultural problem. Maybe they are afraid to loose their face.

Then they asked for the google password of my wife. This shows, they are not realiable people at all. No respect at all.

I proposed them to send the phone to samsung if they are too stupid to reset it. They say, they cant. But why? Was it a fake?

 

The phone was completly in chinese. Even after changing the settings to spanish, the keyboard stayed chinese. THis was no US Product. Even no US Charger like they wrote in ebay.

 

I complained in ebay. Ebay closed the case without any communication with me. Sounds like corruption, maybe they have a friend there.

 

I have a swiss lawinsurance, so dear lawyers feel free to conctact me to get my money back.

 

I m at ebay since 2003, this never happened to me. This was the last time I bought anything in eBay. THe customer service was in the beginning much better. Now is unbelievable bad.
