Below is an update to my ongoing nightmare with the defective ReDriven Power Inc. 20KW Wind Turbine

After threatening ReDriven with even more national media exposure and litigation, Chris Grant (Owner of ReDriven) finally responded! Talk about pulling teeth to even get a response!!!

Below is what Mr. Grant would like to do for me.

Wants ME to find a new ReDriven "dealer" to provide "service" - of course this would be at my expense - likely Thousands of dollars. Or they could introduce me to another dealer (again at my expense). I have already paid Thousands in upfront "warranty" fees to two seperate ReDriven "dealers" (both of whom were supossed to stand behind ReDriven's product and the 5 year warranty) - neither of whom were able to get the Turbine to function (one of the dealers is now out of business). ReDriven, let me ask you - How could the "new" dealer magically get the turbine to function when the other two dealers I have already paid (and ReDriven's "techs") were not able to for the past 3 YEARS?

OR

ReDriven could "service" the turbine and I pay for their labor. Of course shipping and labor would NOT be covered on any ReDriven "parts". Any new "upgrades" I would also have to pay for. (I believe that would be the entire Turbine in this case - looks like ReDriven would like me to effectively pay for a whole new turbine over and above what I paid for the original turbine that never worked - with no guaratee that the "new" one would even function!!!)

OR

They will train me to become a "dealer" (I am sure for a "fee" of course). I still get to pay shipping and labor for any "upgrades" (just about all of this Turbine needs the "upgrades" as stated above). And I get to work on it myself.......Really?!?!

You have got to be kidding me...

ReDriven has already admitted to me (in writing) that this turbine is DEFECTIVE. It is not "servicable" and needs to be replaced as originally promised by ReDriven.

Shame on you ReDriven. Your audacity never ceases to amaze me. This is unconscionable.

I will continue to share with the world how you treat your customer's (Good or bad). But in your case, over the past 3 years of dealing with you and your defective products, there is not anything positive I can say about you, your product, your "dealers", or your company.

Again, ReDriven, do the right thing - take back your equipment and refund my money.
