Complaint Review: Redtag Camera

This Ebay seller sells fake cameras and does not live by the return policy. I bought and action camera from their Ebay store. It was an UnBranded action camera and claimed to have loads of features. I tried to use it and it didn;t work and wouldn't read my SD card. and the case was missing have of the included items. I tried to return it and they would not take it back. Ebay's return policy clearly states I am due a refund. I left negative feedback and they were able to get Ebay to remove it. They clearly don't live by the return policy and should be avoided. How many other negative experiences have they had and had removed by Ebay.
