Don't bother using their email address, you won't get a response.
I ordered a top end digital camera that was about $800. I was told it was new with USA warranty.
The camera arrived in a plain brown box. I called the manufacturer who said the box from them should lok like the owners manual. You would expect a graphic on the box. The one I got had a laser printed label on it, obviously NOT from the manufacturer.
The manufacturer said that I should have a USA warranty card, none was in the box. I think I got either a refurb or grey market camera.

Dear Bill,
This company is ripping off everyone by selling refurbished products. I fell victim to this, and based on the way your camera was packaged, it sounds like you did too.
Contact the NY State Attorney General's Office, you can file an online complaint and it only takes a few minutes.
I hope you will join me in filing a complaint so we can stop these guys from ripping people off.
And if you haven't paid your credit card company yet, dispute the charge on the basis that you were lied to and told the camera was new, and not refurbished. Insist on a full refund, don't pay any restock fees. You were lied to, and deserve a full refund.

I did check with the BBB in NYC. The only entry was high pressure sales tactics with a comment they cancel the order if you dont buy some of the overpriced warranties, etc.
I didnt get anything but the camera body and they shipped it....

There are tons of electronics stores who push suspect merchandise. You should probably check with the BBB online to check out any online business. www.bbbonline.org. Go directly to the site, don't click on a link from the merchant as they can always use the logo to direct you to a phony site.
