Complaint Review: RedTagSavings - TrustedDealer - Digital Delivered

I purchased a Garmin Nuvi 660 from RedTagSavings.com. Just like other people who have written on this company, they wrote me an e-mail saying there was a problem with my credit card. I called the company and they said they had the MANUFACTURER's warranty = Garmin extension for 5 years. I asked them if this was the SAFCO warranty on their website, which I did not want and they said no, the salesman assurred me it was the GARMIN warranty for 5 additional years.

I purchased the warranty along with the GPS and when the box arrived, a SAFCO warranty was in the box. When I called RedTagSavings to explain what the salesman had promised, they said the sale was final and rudely hung up.

I advise that NO purchases be made from this company. I too will be filing a written letter with the States Attorneys Office. This is the worst type of bait and switch with outright lying occurring.
