Complaint Review: Reduzco

DO NOT buy from this company!

THey lure you with a rebate offer, but you will never receive the rebate. If there is a problem with the product, they will never return your messages. You will be stuck. Everyone should contact Paypal, google.com (they state they are a partner), the post office (mail fraud-no rebate), and anyone else you can think of (state attorney general). This is what happened with cyberrebate.com (now out of business!), and Net Direct Marketing (recently found guilty and restitution to customers ordered!).

Together we can stop the fraud. We all need to get in the habit of checking at ripoffreport first before buying from a new company. I am as guilty as anyone. I thought the prices and rebates from redzuco were great and did not check them out!! Let's get a writing campaign going.

P.S. Paypal will not do anything after 45 days. This is a prob if you wait for a rebate (usually 6-8 weeks). I suggest we still submit a complaint and recommend they stop supporting this company.
