REDZUCO.COM REBATE RIP-OFF Atlanta Georgia

I placed an online order for a SanDisk 512 MB CompactFlash Ultra II memory card with a price of $59.99 + tax and it had a rebate offer attached to it of $50.00. I received the order via USPS on the first week of February and promptly filled out the rebate form and mailed it to their rebate center together with all the requirements including the original UPC and receipt and I sent it within the required time period for submission of the rebate requirements.

6 weeks after submission, I did not receive my rebate so I e-mailed their customer service dept. per their instructions on their website to inquire about my rebate. Except for an auto reply of receiving my e-mail and that they will reply within 3 days, I never got a response from them. After 2 1/2 months of waiting for my rebate to come, I again sent them a letter via US Mail and included copies of my rebate requirements which I had on my file.

I sent copies to their main office in Austin, Texas as well as their new address in Atlanta, Georgia per the address provided by an investigating detective from the IFCC complaint that I filed against Redzuco.

Today, I again sent them an e-mail inquiring about my rebate. According to Det. Rick Cockman of the Austin PD, there have been several persons that have complained about their rebates too.
