on 12/31/04 i bought a mp3 player with a rebate. after 2 months i contacted them about not recieving it. they sent me message's saying it is on it's way. i sent about 20-30 emails and recieved about 10 back all saying that it is coming it has been 9 months and still havent recieved it and they dont return any of my emails
