This is my case for you get what you pay for.
I first emailed them to find out my tracking number. They emailed me back days later saying my package had been sent. None of the links in the email worked and the tracking numbers did not exist.
My package finally came weeks later. Upon review of the Troy Aikman Cowboys jersey the number 8 on the back was crooked and the style of jersey was different then shown in the online photo.
I have emailed them day after day to find out how to return it or get it exchanged and have got no response back.
Email is the only way to contact them and then you wait.
Should have kept my business with (((competitor's name redacted))) or (((redacted))) where ive had good business but I wanted the steal of a deal insted and ended up getting burned.
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
