Reed Nettles contracted with me to sell licensing opportunities to companies to contract with NASCAR teams and individual drivers. I procurred a licensing agreement with a jewelry designer to manufacture a line of jewelry for Dale Earnhardt, Jr, Jeff Gordon, Kasey Kahne, Kyle Busch, Jimmie Johnson, Matt Kenseth and others. The jewelry was delivered to the public in 2013 and our agreement was that I would receive a 50/50 split on earned royalties of 1 1/2 to 3 percent. A guaranteed minimum royalty has been paid by the manufacturer for two years now and I have never rwceived a penny, in spite of numerous attempts to ger Reed Nettles to pay me. Reed Nettles went on to Develop a licensing relationship with AALMG, of Las Vegas and has total disregard for any monet that he is obligated to pay me. Watch out for this crook Aguaranteed

Legal response to False Report

This report is false. In twenty three years of business neither our company, nor it's owners have ever received a complaint or caused harm to anyone. Both of our companies chose to disassociate themselves from Timothy J. Kelleher after the discovery of his illegal behavior in FL. We were contacted by a Ms. Cindy Rathbun of FL. on May 9th 2013, stating he forged a lease at Harbor Village Apts. in the name of Dennis Higgins and herself. Leaving Ms. Rathbun responsible for the lease and owning her an additional six thousand dollars. After confirmation both legal teams advised to disassociate from Timothy J. Kelleher. Upon the disassociation we agreed to have no further contact and turned the matter over to our outside legal Counsel. They have contacted Mr. Kelleher to cease further harassment, and false allegations. Please feel free to contact our legal dept. should you desire an accurate accounting of this matter, or referral to a trustworthy source familiar with our true business practices.
