Reed Stair and Handrails, Inc Ron Reed Loan Default! Arvada, Colorado
The owner of this company builds custom stairs and hand-rails. He charges an exorbitant amount of money but does not repay his debt.
He has borrowed 5000.00 of which he promised to pay 8.5% interest from his own family member back in 2009 and has not yet paid that debt back. He is a thief that cannot be trusted and has been known to go extensive periods of time without completing the jobs he promises to his customers. Be very leary of this person and be extra sure to have legal support before hiring him.
His work is spectacular, but if you are not careful, you will end up paying money for work never completed.

As a professional collections agent, you learn that there are certain
rules you have to follow as a "lender". One of them is called 3rd party
disclosure. By making this post in a public forum, you have violated a
FEDERAL law called the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, which
protects consumers from their business being broadcast to all and
sundry. These people now have the right to sue you for losses and damages
that basically have no ceiling. Think about that before you post next
time. Honestly I hope they sees it and sue the pants off of you.
