REID: I'm not certain if John Beck's scam in particular, has found it's way into Canadian territories, but from the sound of Mila's posting, Real Estate "wealth building" programs/seminars/workshops, etc, etc, in general, is quickly making it's way into the Canadian market.

If the Canadian government DOES NOT wish to have "wealth building" scams get out of hand as it already has in Utah, I suggest that they start doing something about it A.S.A.P.

It just goes to show how desperate these inbreeds are getting to peddle their fraudulent programs. As soon as sales start to dwindle in one country, due to more and more victims speaking out, these inbreeds just move their scam to another location. LOL!

Mila- I'm glad you've stumbled across this website, before falling victim to one of the many fraudulent Real Estate "rags to riches" programs.

Believe me, I've been to many so called "free seminars" out here in Honolulu and not one company has not tried to sell me on their
bull$h!t mentoring/workshop, etc, etc.

"Free seminars" are just gatherings where fraudulent businesses sell bogus "wealth building" programs to the masses. Basic arithmetic reveals why legitimate "wealth building" programs do not, could not, and will never exist.

The same arithmetic will reveal and PROVE beyond a reasonable doubt, why John Beck's Real Estate programs and all the other so called Real Estate "mentoring" programs like his are nothing but scams.

John Beck and his team of inbreeds claim to "mentor" total strangers to make $10,000.00-$15,000.00 a month for whatever "available credit" they have on their credit card(s).

John Beck and his team of inbreeds even boasts success rates in the upper ninety percentile and literally "GUARANTEES" ones success and a spot in their up and coming Infomercial.

If any of these "gurus" programs were legit, which they're not, they would literally be able to hire employees at a $20.00-$25.00 an hour rate to conduct the footwork, while still managing to profit handsomely.

1. $25.00 X 40 hour work week = $1,000.00

2. $1,000.00 X 4 weeks = $4,000.00 a month

3. $10,000.00 profit (on the conservative end)
- $4,000.00 = $6,000.00.

This means that the fraudulent John Beck Mentoring Institute throws away at least $6,000.00 each and every month, by sharing their "wealth building" secrets to just one complete stranger, as opposed to hiring a team of trained Real Estate professionals to carry out the services.

With such an abundance of said properties and such a high success rate, no "guru" would ever share such Real Estate "wealth building" secrets to total strangers for anything less than the "earning potential" claimed possible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REID'S PUBLIC CHALLENGE: I challenge any one of John Beck's inbreeds to find me a property out here on Oahu in upwards of $10,000.00.

NOTICE: $10,000.00 is a MUCH HIGHER figure than the typical figures shown on John Beck's fraudulent Infomercial.

According to John Beck's fraudulent Infomercial, there are literally thousands of these distressed properties throughout the U.S. and yes, "Hawaii" and "Arizona" included. Thousands in just one county alone! This implies an abundance.

Well with such an abundance of these distressed properties, I imagine finding one property on Oahu would be a walk in the park for any one of John Beck's "success stories." The property I seek shall be absolutely Free and Clear of all liens and encumbrances.

The property shall be fee simple. The property shall be a single family 4 bedroom/3 bathroom dwelling which contains no less than 2500 sq. ft. of living area under the roof.

The property shall be clean and in decent move in/living condition. The property shall contain a decent sized front and backyard.

The property shall be located in one of the following neighborhoods: 1. Aiea 2. Pearl City 3. Royal Summit 4. Newtown 5. Mililani 6. Ewa Beach 7. Kapolei 8. Punahou 9. Liliha 10. Moanalua Valley 11. Oahu isn't that big you f^ck!ng inbreeds! How many neighborhoods should I list? I've listed more than half the island of Oahu!

Spend less time in bedrooms with your sibblings and more time concentrating on finding ONE property on Oahu, thus PROVING in the public eye, that your program is everything it's cracked up to be.

Obtain the property for up to $10,000.00. Upon inspection of the property by a Realtor, and myself, and mutual agreement, I'll purchase the property for $150,000.00. That's a $140,000.00 profit, which is FAR GREATER than most peoples "available credit."

With such an abundance of inventory and such a high percentage of "success stories", I don't believe any legitimate Real Estate business would turn down the opportunity to make a $140,000.00 profit in the public eye.

Once this transaction is completed and you've received your $140,000.00 profit, I'll agree to refer many more interested home buyers to your company for more profits of $140,000.00. Think of it this way, for each $140,000.00 profit, that's 15-20 less people you have to scam.

Let me know how I can make this public challenge easier for you, or don't waste time posting rebuttals at all. After all, UNPROVEN "success stories" are meaningless!
